Roles
The event organizer acts as the Data Controller.
Votiphy acts as the Data Processor.
Scope of Processing
Votiphy processes personal data solely for the purpose of providing and supporting the event management and voting platform.
Types of Data
The platform may process:
- User names
- Email addresses
- Event participation data
- Voting data
Security Measures
Votiphy implements reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.
Subprocessors
Votiphy may use infrastructure and service providers to deliver the platform. These providers process data only as necessary to operate the service.
Data Deletion
Upon request, event data may be deleted or exported to the event organizer.
