Use of the Service
Votiphy provides software tools for managing events, entries, voter tokens, and voting results.
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
Customer Responsibilities
Event organizers are responsible for:
- Managing their events and participants
- Distributing voter tokens
- Ensuring the fairness of voting
- Communicating event rules to participants
Voting Integrity
Votiphy provides tools for collecting and displaying votes. The platform does not guarantee the fairness, validity, or integrity of voting conducted by event organizers.
Security
Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of voter tokens and account credentials.
Votiphy is not responsible for misuse of tokens distributed by event organizers.
Data Ownership
Event organizers retain ownership of all event data uploaded to the platform, including entries, votes, and event information.
Votiphy processes this data solely to provide the service.
Organizers may export their event data using the tools provided within the platform.
Service Availability
While we strive to provide reliable service, Votiphy does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Votiphy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service.
Termination
Users may stop using the service at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden.
